Legend of Korra: Mako firebending

Mako bending some fire!
I recently learned a new way to shade and I'm loving it! Now if the light and shadows are a little off that is because I'm not very good at this yet, but this new way of shading is awesome! Will definitely use it for future works :) I also think the fire looks pretty nice. (for now until I can do it better!) Tried to get a more dynamic pose as well which was a challenge on its own.

Fun fact: The original firebending is based on the Northern Shaolin style of fighting. In Legend of Korra, various other forms like boxing have been integrated into the way the characters bend their elements.
